Obtaining Your VISA to attend the Conference
VISAS on arrival are available at the
Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu,
Nepal. All visitors must present a valid
passport, two passport size photos and
the applicable visa fees to obtain a visa.
You
can purchase a single entry 15 day, 30
day and 90 day tourist visa for US $25,
$40 and $100 respectively. THE
VISA FEES NEED TO BE PAID IN USD AND EQUIVALENT
CURRENCY, CREDIT CARD OR TRAVELLER’S
CHECK IS NOT ACCEPTED. PLEASE HAVE THE
CHANGE READY FOR TIME SAVING.
Visitors coming from South Asian countries
(SAARC) do not need to pay for a 15 day
visa if they visit Nepal first time in
the year.
Please note that your passport should
not be Refugee Status.
